All orders are shipped via Canada Post (2-8 Days), unless otherwise requested. Shipping times vary depending on your location. Each parcel is insured and has tracking information available upon request.

Shipping is $10.00 CAD on orders below $150.00 CAD.

Shipping is FREE on orders over $150.00 CAD.

Equilibrio Gems also offers free local pickup in Woodbridge and Aurora, Ontario. Please email or Instagram DM Equilibrio Gems (@equilibriogemsinc) for this request if you plan on picking up your package instead of paying shipping fees. 

 

UNITED STATES

All orders are shipped via USPS (3-10 Days), unless otherwise requested. Shipping times vary depending on your location. Each parcel is insured and has tracking information available upon request.

INTERNATIONAL

Almost all orders are shipped via USPS (First Class Package International Service 10-14 Days), unless otherwise requested and/or depending on your location. Shipping times may vary. Please note that International packages may be subject to duties and taxes. Equilibrio Gems is not responsible for these duties and taxes. 

Shipping is $30.00 CAD on all International orders.

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted on all unworn jewelry items within 30 days of your purchase. Due to hygienic reasons, earrings are not eligible to be returned.

Due to the energetic nature of crystals, all crystals and gemstones are final sale.

Due to hygienic reasons, gemstone facial tools are not eligible to be returned.

The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs back to Equilibrio Gems. 

For all refunds, please email Equilibrio Gems to obtain refund authorization prior to sending back your products. 

Once the return has been received, Equilibrio Gems will send an email verification that the return has been received and inspected for our approval. Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method of the purchaser.
